According to my Fox Facebook Friend Pene, when it’s a dress.
Pene sent me this about an hour ago on Facebook:
“When is flanno not flanno?
And when is a dress not a dress?
When I bought this cute little number from Dotti, teamed it with some cut of pale denims, a pair of flats, scrunched my hair up into a messy bun, popped on some mascara and gloss, my best diamond earrings (which have become my everyday ones, because lets face it as a mother of 3 they would never get used if I saved them for good!!) and a few good sprays of Gucci and set off on my day feeling fabulous!!
