It’s the first week of February, and these fabulous foxes have been spotted sporting outfits perfect for navigating motherhood in style.
She’s a global styling phenomenon, and now she’s knocked up.
Pregnant women, rejoice…she shares her style advice on pregnancy in her blog, here.
Just ignore the comment about wearing heeled wedges.
Trust me on this. I wore heels when pregnant with my first child, right up until my work farewell lunch at 8 1/2 months, which was held somewhere near the Sydney Opera House, and involved a lot of stairs. Suffice to say, I couldn’t get out of bed the next day, and had a few back issues after that. Ouch!
Regardless, she’s a genius to wear a Long Black Dress in her pregnancy, and the denim jacket is every girls staple – knocked up or not.
Check out this one, made especially for those with child:
Rachel’s frenemy, Nicole, also got the memo on denim jackets, and shows us yet again why she is otherwise known as ‘The Queen of Accessorising’
That Balenciaga bag sure beats the huge rucksack my gym gave me when I joined. The price tag on this one is a little more my speed though.
Keep an eye out for cat’s eye sunglasses, a more modern take on the oval shape of previous seasons.
These are an exact match, from Nicole’s own brand, House of Harlow 1960.
The Military trend is still going strong, and a jacket like Kirsten’s is a practical way to work it into your wardrobe.
While her shoes are not technically flats, you could easily get away with wearing a boot with a low solid heel like hers in the playground.
These are similar, but with a brogue-style twist to keep them on trend.
And while we are on boots, it is always worth keeping an eye out for a pair of classic knee high riding boots like Reese wore this week.
Love how she has worked these back with a lightweight chambray shirt dress, and aviator sunglasses for a look that’s cool and classic.
This Converse dress nips in at the waist for a bit more shape, and the buttons make it easy for breastfeeding.
Kate is rockin a chambray dress this week too, but with a gorgeous structured waist. Kinda 50′s style.
Clogs are still big news, but, for the most part, stores are full of high-heeled mule versions.
These are similar to Kate’s, but with a handy buckle to keep them on as you chase your little ones around.
Have a great weekend Foxes!
